Circular letter about MOJO racing tires

 Information letter – 2014-01

DESIGNATED TIRES FOR THE NEXT EVENTS

A new CIK homologation is in force for the karting tires (2014-2017). As usual, it is impossible to end the previous season with no tires in inventory and start the new season with the new homologation. It is normal to first eliminate the current homologation before using the new one, either from an economic or environmental point of view. The important thing is to make sure that all competitors use the same tires.

We must also underline that the new homologation doesn’t necessarily mean new type of tire. In the case of the MOJO D1 and D2 tires, they are the same as the previous homologation except for the description printed on the sidewall to respect the new CIK homologation rules.

Here are the mandatory designated tires for the first round of the Coupe du Québec and ECKC.
